Our Health & Safety framework is built around CDM 2015, HSE guidance and the specific standards of our clients. Every operative is inducted, trained and supervised so hazards are identified early, controls are in place, and work is stopped without hesitation if conditions change.
We measure ourselves on leading indicators — near-miss reporting, toolbox engagement, training currency and supervisor observations — not just lagging incident statistics.

Risk Assessments
Task-specific risk assessments prepared before mobilisation, controlling hazards to As Low As Reasonably Practicable (ALARP).

Detailed, signed-off safe systems of work issued for every activity — briefed to operatives and available on site at all times.
Toolbox Talks
Weekly toolbox talks covering current site risks, seasonal hazards and lessons-learned from across our projects.
Personal Protective Equipment
Full head-to-toe PPE supplied to every operative, with task-specific upgrades for hot works, height, confined spaces and diving.
Working at Height
Work-at-Height plans, IRATA rope access and independently inspected access equipment — with rescue plans in place before work begins.
Confined Spaces
Trained confined-space teams, gas monitoring, permits-to-work and dedicated top-man/rescue cover on every entry.
Site Safety
Daily site inspections, clear segregation of plant and pedestrians, and a strong safety culture led by our supervisors.
Continuous Training
CSCS, SMSTS, SSSTS, IPAF, PASMA, IRATA, HSE Diving and refresher training tracked and renewed for every operative.
Emergency Procedures
Site-specific emergency plans, first-aid cover and rehearsed rescue procedures for at-height, confined-space and diving operations.
